Apart from welcoming an interested public into our laboratories during special events such as themed lecture series, workshops, lunch- and dinnerboxes or the Time‘s Sommerkino and not to forget our Sommersause, we open our workspace additionally by facilitating a format framed as „OpenHaus“. A format introduced several years ago which comes with a huge advantage: It allows us to welcome interested visitors at fixed times – which ensures that we can give the guests our full attention at these scheduled moments, i.e. there are no unpleasant moments when unannounced visitors are told by us that we are actually distracted & busy with all kinds of activities… (which should not fundamentally deter surprise guests!!!).
Yesterday the 2024-season of OpenHaus got launched officially.
By welcoming a group of students from the Fashion & Technology department of the Art University Linz.
We are curious if out of this visit another fruitful cooperation will emerge… because another great advantage – or better put – a great feature of the OpenHaus series: This type of informal conversations lead very often to a follow up of enriching cooperations and exchange.
